Once again, Bruce played a private benefit show for the Ranney School at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park on Saturday night.

I would love to be at The Pony when Bruce and SSJ are playing. Sounds like it was a fun show with a few "new" songs added this year. Thanks for the report, Stan!

Thanks for the setlist Stan! It is so good of you to keep us informed as always. I for one would love to hear the Mojo.

Thanks, again, Stan. I still have never understood why SSJ has never toured as the opening act for Bruce and the ESB. Seems like a natural fit (at least to me).

Because Bruce never has an opening act? Maybe in future years this will make sense, but kind of like when Bruce and ESB opened for Chicago, maybe Bruce realizes many fans would not kindly receive any opening act.

For years, Southside had to endure that chit from idiotic fans that showed up at his shows hoping for Bruce to show. Some have strong opinions for and against Southside. On some levels, a Southside show more enjoyable than a Bruce show. Southside puts on a great show, and when LaBamba and Mark Pender are on stage, the shows can get interesting.
