I've dated someone who was in the middle of a divorce but when we got together (11/09), he had been separated since January of that year. He was ready to move on with his life and date other people but his wife was dragging her feet about signing the divorce papers. Even now, their divorce still isn't finalized. Should he remain single and not date just because he is still legally married even though the marriage has been over for almost 2 years?
