Probably no new album until 2012!

Thatīs what I read in an austrian newspaper.

They supposedly interviewed her and she said she wants to take a year long break in 2011.

That would mean we would wait 4 years (Christina gap) for a new album.

She also stated that sheīs not ready to have kids yet as she feels like sheīs still 17.

I donīt know how reliable this is, but letīs hope itīs not true at all. Although she deserves a break after touring.

I think she needs to go and take a break and come back with fresh ideas.
I love her albums but some tracks are a bit like a repetition of things she has done before, she needs to take a break and think about what do next and find interesting people to work with.

Rumors get thicker that she will take a year off before releasing a new album.

Workaholic popstar P!nk has saved herself a trip to the emergency room for exhaustion by announcing that she plans to take a year off in 2011.

The 30-year-old singer has pretty much been working non-stop since 2006, releasing and promoting two albums (I’m Not Dead and Funhouse), and then embarking on three huge world tours to support them. She’s currently on her Funhouse Summer Carnival tour across Europe, which is an extension of 2009′s $103 million-grossing Funhouse Tour.

Meanwhile, the Funhouse album has spawned six singles so far (including the #1 hit “So What”) and is still currently charting well worldwide, with sales of over 6 million copies and counting.

Yeah, I think it’s time to take a break Pink.

Pink actually lost a little ground on the pop megastar scale when her Try This album (my fave Pink album just so you know) flopped, but thanks to some careful single choices, hardcore promotion and non-stop touring, she’s re-established herself as one of the biggest female artists in the industry today. There’s no danger of her losing her position now if she takes a short break throughout next year. Whether or not it will be a real break, or a Beyonce ‘break’, is yet to be seen.
