That's what ya'll don't get, because WE are CHRISTINA fans-she's basically an indie artist masquerading as a popstar. IHB is pure pop candy, and I don't think the little tweens will give two ****s if it's by her or not-CLEARLY they have forgotten her, if they think she copied Gaga, when it's the other way around (plus, they obviously think the eighties never existed, or that LG traveled back in time to grant them with bad fashion) so all that matters is getting them to BUY THE ALBUM.
Once they do we can watch them be converted to true music, as if you know, they were making out with a Meyerpire, and then got bitten by a REAL vampire with fangs, and they turn, and wanna do bad things to do.

Oh Gaga has a huge demographic. I remember riding with my sixty year old driving instructor with white hair and Bad Romance came on and he turned it up. "I don't know what she's saying, but I like the beat," he said.
That about sums it up. Gaga has wide appeal because she makes typical pop music, but has an "avant garde" and "outcast" image-the perfect combo. But Kesha and Katy and Britney and Justin don't have that and they do fine-Justin's demographic is almost PURELY young girls, but that's all he needs-they are the biggest demographic, once you win them over, you can shrug them off.
Or, in Christina's case, release both a mainstream hit and a Grammy bait ballad. Greedytina still wants to have her cake and eat it too! (Or have her cake eaten too, woohoo!)
